Back from a one year hiatus to appeal a ban

(Note: I'm on a proxy [hidemyass] atm as I can't access anything on my current IP I did make an account "ItsJakee" in an attempt to appeal the ban but cut ties with that account after realising that its now not necessary.)


So before I got banned I was attempting to sell a RS guide which was within the process of receiving verification. As I attempted to log in I was granted with this message:

At the time I had just assumed it was the name of the banning moderator and my initial reactions were it was a malicious ban or a misunderstanding but gave no attempt to clear my name (foolish).

I've done so research on the username "cambiasso" and can deduce he was a serial ban evader, but how I got tarred under the same brush is beyond me. Since 2009 I'm sure I've picked up the ban via using a proxy previously used by this person or something. I've had 3 ISP's since 2009 and 2 of them have had extraneous child block filters forcing me to use private networks and the occasional proxy throughout my time.

I know it seems a bit mysterious but I can guarantee that my IP's have no correlation with this 'cambiasso' nor have I scammed or had an attempted scam occur on this account since its early 2009 resurrection.

It sounds like a bit of a leap and I'm half expecting this be denied but if I could at least get some clarification by somebody checking to see if any IP's I have logged in under have actually been linked to bans, or whether it was just a error, some closure would be brilliant.
