Reporting a scammer

Hello, my ban is still being reviewed but i just need to report this guy so he doesnt do this to someone else! he already stole a rs membership from me but i dont think i need to report that since this should be enough to warrant a ban.

he also technically scammed me from a runescape membership i bought for him and never got payed back, but i figured he would be banned from this so theres no need to report him for both i guess.
