Monkey Madness (1 Pray, 40 CB).

I'm thinking of doing MM (Monkey Madness) with 1 prayer and I pretty much have everything down as I have done it before... the Jungle Demon was a piece of cake (with 30 mage) and even the tunnels. The temple to get to the furnace however is a completely different story. I needed a friend to block for me as I kept getting one banged, now '07 Scape is here and was wondering if any of you Sythers have a solution to this problem.

Any feedback or solutions will be much appreciated.

 

If you are getting blocked by gorillas when you try to get out of the furnace room and into the main room, climb one more ladder to be in the top floor, there is another ladder that leads to the main room there, away from all the gorillas who are massing around the trapdoor that leads to the furnace.

 

yes, and make sure you dont get poisoned too.

 

I don't think that was the problem if I remember correctly, when going down the trap door I got combo'd by firstly the gorillas, then in the in the furnace room there was a bunch of zombie monkeys that would kill me rapidly and I didn't have time to smelt the Enchanted Bar.

 

You're referring to the lag which causes them to combo and utterly rape you? Solution phoenix necklace. This will heal you as you're about to die and stop the attacks from comboing on you.

 

The trap door leads to the furnace room, there are no gorillas there.
To go into the trap door, go into the wooden ladder that is in the south corner of the room, climb it, walk to the other ladder and go down, immediately go down the trap door, run through zombie monkeys and find a safe spot to enchant, as soon as you are done, you can break the tablet.
If you want to speak to the baby monkey all in one go, climb out of the trapdoor again, climb up the wooden ladder instantly in the same spot, go down the alternative ladder and go visit little monkey.
