User: WTF = Scammer?

So I saw someone selling a Wildstar beta account and email on the Other MMOs section and proposed a trade to the user the conversation can be seen in this screenshot.

Then I got an email saying that my password was changed seen here:

After that contacted the user to try to solve this and here is that conversation:

No reply from seller after almost 9 hrs, at this point I started the recovery process and sent seller another message to try and resolve issue as seen here:
