1st Gen iPad 64GB + Apple Case BNIB Condition

I don't ship first unless I'm buying something. Period.
I ship USPS Priority, anything more expensive, you're buying it.
EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS-IS.
Everything is in perfect working order.

64GB iPad 1
Includes ALL original packaging. Has an apple case that it has been inside all of its life outside of his original packaging. I simply don't use it anymore, My 15 year old nephew uses it more than I do to browse the web, and he's only here for 1-2 hours a day after school. The iPad could pass as brand new, The case is dirty, but completely functional.

My paypal was limited for having multiple accounts, Sorry I can't. WU or USPS money order is also an option, but I figured more people here would have GP at hand.

Are you selling as is or in working condition? You mention both and they are two different things. What happens if it is recieved DoA? You are also suppose to have your Sythe name in pictures. Also, would you use an OMM?

 

How are they different? I can sell a BNIB item as-is if I please. Its working 100% fine,in fact, I'm replying to the thread using it haha. I wouldn't be opposed to using an OMM, fees are On you though,

 

You are not saying your selling a BNIB item as-is. You are saying that it is in perfect working order and are selling it as-is, which would mean you are selling it claiming that it is in perfect working order as-is.

If someone was to buy it, and it wasn't in perfect working order, you'd be responsible.

You should clarify it better is all. Your not guaranteeing that it won't come DOA, so make that known.

Although if it is in perfect working order, and you sent it with insurance (which should be done) then if it was to get broken/messed up in transit, the insurance would cover it.

You should also have your Sythe name in the picture to prove it's yours.
