I need either: Someone to make this transparent and resized to avatar size (http://i.imgur.com/Wt7JgMG.png)

    or

Someone can teach me how to make things transparent (and can tell me what to resize it to) so I can do this stuff myself.

150x100 is the max size for donors

With photoshop you could just use the magic wand tool and (with the layer unlocked) just select the white background and then delete it. Following that you should then save it as a png as jpeg does not support transparency.

    Alright, noob question part 2.

Would Amitz have to send me the picture in some sort of file or do I have to do something with the picture for it to come out transparent on the avatar select screen? From what I can see, saving the picture and trying to use it comes out with a white background.
