Sythe user center

I have purchase $5 donor and it's been over a month now it is in my rank manager just wont save to my user when I post. Can someone help me with this?

If that doesn't work well, I have no idea.

 

Already tried that it says saved but doesn't work.

 

You should contact the user "Matthew" then, do you have all the perks like going into the donor lounge?

 

No I have the seal and the option to be a $5 donor but nothing else.

 

Have you contacted Matthew yet? It seems that he is the one who processes and handles all of the donations. I would recommend getting in touch with him.

 

He clearly already has the rank...
