Why is "OhDugh" Banned?

Hello,

My account OhDugh, has recently been banned.. for a reason which i think is stupid.

As you can see, the reason why i was banned is a screen shot of my account on Hack Forums been interested in "Black Hat" Activity's. I have never used any black hat material in my life, i was simply interested in the software at the time because i wanted to troll my irl freinds. I have never scammed in my life either and there is no proof of me using these black hat software or me scamming...

So my question is, why have i been banned?

i Feel like the Mod that banned me is abusing his power and banning and many people as he can for no apparent reason.

I Hope this is enough to help you see the light in this situation and i could get unbanned shortly.
