Banned for beeing my own impostor?

I got banned for 'beeing my own importer' I haven't loged on to Sythe for quite a while since i've been busy IRL and stoped doing firecapes, havent done them in a month or so... My Skype has been hi-jacked i assume, it happened before so i had to make a new Skype and i don't remember the email i've used. Also haven't loged into my Skype for a few weeks so i wasn't aware it was hi-jacked.

I figured people can get my IP easily from Skype so i used a video from Youtube to help me hide it since i was constantly getting ddosed' while doing capes (Also i'm in a pure clan and other clans tend to ddos people during wars so i had to mask my ip) Since i can't even change it without getting a new modem. So i don't understand how MY IP address was the same as the 'impostor's' i'm guessing it was a mistake, or misunderstanding.

 

For some reason the Skype resolver showed the two accounts matching in IP, but now when I look again, they don't. Possibly a misunderstanding.
