TWC dispute

Im disputing my TWC as i got it for error. I made a purchase like 6 months ago from a sythe member. Everything went well at the same time my paypal was compromised while i was out of town and 3 or so charges were made. My wife called me and asked me about the charges. I told her i didn't make those and she started the dispute process. When i got home i saw a message from the sythe member i bought the game from and he asked why a dispute was made. I immediatly terminated the dispute as it was in the first stage. So no money was taken from him or any negative action. I was then given a TWC. He even posted in my behalf. Theblacktux removed me from the scammer list and cleared my name but my twc was never removed. He can support this

 

Can you provide proof that you cancelled the dispute (instead of losing it)?
