Terms:

1) I reserve the right to not trade with anyone I feel is risky/untrustworthy
2) Buyer needs to understand Sythe rules and the section rules. Will need to confirm they have read the rules and understand the rules on sythe.
3) Even if the buyer does not have a sythe account, the sythe rules will still apply as this is the only place I am advertising the account for sale.
4) I am the original owner and therefore I will take responsibility for helping the buyer recover the account if it gets locked. I reserve the right to protect my rights as much as possible according to sythe.org rules. If the buyer resells the account to somebody else then it voids my responsibility of unlock attempts, as reselling will greatly increase the risk of locks, plus the buyer could attempt to recover from the person he/she sells to.
5) I will never recover the account unless the buyer asks me to. If the account ever got locked for example, the buyer can contact me at any time and ask for my help. I will be more than happy to help. It should be noted that warranty is only offered for 1 month, in which the buyer has plenty of time to secure the account.
6) The buyer should be committed to buy. There are no returns policy as the buyer will have the login details and other personal information related to the account, therefore I will not accept returns.
7) As a reputable seller and long-term user I am reasonable though. If the account got locked in a way I cannot unlock it within 1 month after the sale, then I will refund the buyer in full with any transaction fees being my expense.
