Unfair ban on dark-koopa

Hello all,

I feel that my account "dark-koopa" has been perma-banned unfairly. I know that I have done wrong but I only expected a closed thread/1 week ban at most, not a perma-ban :O

The ban reaason was "blackhat".. Not sure what that word means but what I did was offer an ebook pack in the marketplace, but instead of charging for it.. I linked to a surveylink- I can see why that can be frowned upon but I lost my 4 year old account because of that. I would like to ask mercy as I was never banned before and this was my first offense.

You were also attempting to sell (loosely put) eBooks which you didn't have the resale rights to. If you claim you weren't attempting to resell them, you had no rights to redistribute them regardless I imagine.

We also don't allow e-whoring, steam cracking etc.
