Paypal Problem

So I was doing a deal with a guy on Skype named fury560 posing as Hamjam Ex Mod OMM. I sent him 35 dollars first and he said there was a glitch so he refunded my money. He told me just send 33 again but he said it "glitched" again. Each time he refunded me but paypal says I lost money each time. look down at the pic

I need help to understand if I actually got my money back or I got scammed and lost money for no account.

 

Well, check your balance? How much do you have? Less than you originally had? Unless this is some kind of new scam it looks like your money is still yours.

 

My original PP balance was 0. And its still 0. Its linked to my bank account but you can see the gross is negative. I don't think it has been returned.

 

You can see its on temporary hold wtf is that?

I had the same problem with one of the staff members here on Sythe, her account got limited so the funds where placed on hold, once she verified it with Paypal the funds where then placed back into my paypal.

I'm 99% sure you won't get your funds unless he's verified his Paypal, but even then he might still try and keep the funds saying it was a mistake.

I think so, and unless he gets his Paypal verified I don't think you'll ever see the money either. You should ALWAYS request a PM before trading with another member.

 

I did request PM and he said he saw it and said yes this is my Skype. I questioned it but I should've stopped right there..... So gf 70 bucks

 

Next step is too report him in the scammer section. Sorry you lost your money :/

 

If he's claimed that there was an unauthorised refund then you're screwed, 99% of unauth claims are won purely because it's stolen cc's that they use. Sorry for your loss dude
