Make a section for all community events and competitions and also sticky a thread in that game section. It would attract more people but you actually need people who will host things on a regular basis and people who will participate. From the looks of it nobody can keep anything going, and this has just been brough up over and over again. So get a plan and quit making threads whining and bitching about how inactive the other sections are. If you can create a section where carders can literally go and dump off and max stolen credit cards (gift card market), then you can create a section for specifically community events, games, lotteries, and competitions.
