Explanation of the bottingvps.com ban

Here is the current situation regarding my website, BottingVPS:

A SolusVM exploit was discovered and released online in the past day or so which affect almost every hosting company.
This exploit was used to hack into many different VPS companies, including mine.
I have no intention of hacking anyone and have nothing but extreme care for my customers.
I'm working alongside with other VPS companies in securing our servers, refunding those who were affected (proper evidence must be presented) and offering free VPS to those affected.
I'm really sorry for the inconvience but this is nothing in my hands and I wish their was something I could have done to prevent this.
When solusvm company (the biggest in the world in creating modules for dedicate servers virtualizations) sent me the email , I wasn't at home.
Our competitor (it could sound weird but it is true) also helped us finding out what the problem was , since they were using our same module for vps managing , but fortunately they didn't had the same problem because they shut down the solusvm system in time.
Era , the script writer , is the one who helped us.
