Buying VPN for 07 Staking

third set needs to be divisible by 8, and last set needs to be anywhere from 0-3. apparently, there's a ton of ddsers with vpns that have these ip addresses, because there's a bunch of ddsers with pid over my vpn that ends in .65, which obviously isn't good enough, so im looking for a better one.
