i tryed to contact him via my phone 3g because my internet is under mantinence

i got banned because i accordanly deleted someone of skype whil'st doing there 20k tokens, i had done 7k of the tokens and then my internet got disconnected and now they have sent me a message in the post saying that it would be around 10-14 days of mantience. i have sent multiple skype messages via my iphone but for some reason they dont seem to pass through? could i have a pardon or could i just refund the payment?

if he would accept a refund would i get unbanned? please and thanks
