Ban Lifted

Ok, so firstly i got banned the other day for evading a banned account, even though i have clearly changed and started to build up a good rep on my new account. Firstly the ban lift date was 06-10-13 and now it has changed to never. Im really upset about this as i was really trying to put things right with this new account do several trades and trying to run a service, as well as contributing in several other ways. I would just like to know why the ban lift date was changed and is there anything i can do to get the ban lifted
