Hi thanks for replying, it appears he has been banned regardless, scammed another guy and then reported both of our warning posts on his thread as spam, I laughed hard.

Just wondering if its an IP ban or should I be wary of him with a new account?

There's a possibility he could be ban evading, but if you find this skype trading again, please report it.

Thanks eb .
