I just recently discovered that they brought 07 RS back, and I decided then and there I'd pay for membership just to play the game the way it was. I have 15M EOC cash I'm willing to give out for basically as much as I can get for in 07 gp so I can hit the ground running. However, I won't be able to get said membership until Tuesday 6/4/2013, and I am making a new clean slate account to play 07 on. That being said, We can agree upon an amount for exchange via private messages, or my (Skype: quigwazzlezizzle), and arrange a time/place to perform said transaction. I will also provide the character name when the time comes, as I still haven't thought of one yet. I think he's gonna be a skiller... Hmm...
