    I'll keep my suggestion short & sweet:
    I feel like it's difficult to find out why a user is banned/TWC'd without a lot of googling+gravedigging. It'd be much easier for staff to, when banning, just chuck the link to the appropriate thread in an input field and have the ban/TWC icon link to this thread.

    Thanks for the suggestion :) I'm not opposed to this or for it, but I'd just like to let everyone know we have a similar system in place that allows staff members to view ban/twc reasons & relevant threads.
