This dispute is for N4n0. If your username contains the five letters FireZ or Verts, please fuck off as your opinions doesn't mean shit to me.
Regardless of whether I'm unbanned, I'd like N4n0 to answer a couple of questions for me as he's been somewhat impartial in my experiences with him.
Questions will be numbered.
1. You say "Marrow has done nothing but grief staff, and talk shit to staff and users alike". Can you please show me instances where I've done so extending beyond calling someone a faggot? I hardly see calling a staff member a faggot as grief.
2. You say "His behavior is what you would call "Toxic". I could argue that my behaviour is no different to Syeds. My question to you is how am I different to Syed?
3. You say "He's been banned multiple times for his behavior." This is true, however out of those multiple bans only one has been as a result of infraction accrual. Most of them are FireZ banning me whenever he feels like it. My question to you is why does the infraction policy not apply to me?
4. You say "He's also on a last chance, and terms of his initial unban were that he remained on his best behavior". I got pardoned from the LCU. So my question to you is why do you keep going back to it when it's irrelevant, as a pardon is considered complete forgiveness?
5. You said "This ban was far from harsh, and had I not issued it, he would have just continued to repeatedly get temp banned until someone else finally issued the perm." You're just assuming things, like all things marrow really. If I do something, and X user does something, mine is considered bad whilst theres is considered acceptable. So my question to you is how do you differentiate between my intentions and those of others.
Would finally like to thank SuF for not being an asshole ban happy staff member. SuF for admin imho.
One more final question, totally unrelated to my case but...
why do you guys lock disputes if every staff member can still post in it lul.
