How long till i can get the account unlocked?

Hey guys.

So, basicly i used an outdated guide to delete the recovs on the account that i want to sell. http://www.powerbot.org/community/t...remove-e-mail-recoveries-guide2012pics/page-4

So, now the account got locked.
If i try to unlock it, i get a message that says that they suspect me of account stealing and that i am temporary banned from recovering this account.

My question is, How long does it take till i can unlock the account?
