    Good VPN to buy for changing IP
    I want a custom IP, how do I go about this?

    Is there a VPN that has just a HUGE list of IP's I can connect too and I can pick through them?

    Advice is appreciated! Thanks

    I think there is a few that will let you choose the state etc that you want. Hidemyass is a really good VPN, only ever heard good things about it and did use it once upon a time.

    Watch out with using VPN in RS, Jagex are giving perm mutes for this. They mute you for website advertisement even tho you have done nothing wrong.
