Scammed by JarvisPK

Made a deal with jarvispk (http://www.sythe.org/members/323038-jarvispk.html)
that he will buy 14m oldschool runescape GP from me for 6 dollar per mill.

I have proof of him on video, and on screenshots that he scammed me and stalled for a long time to finally delete me of skype and off runescape.

I went first because he had a lot of vouches and 1K posts.
