Vader + probably recovery - Haatmeneer

Now this report took some detective work.

Linking them all was kind of tricky. The user "Haatmeneer" had multiple people post saying he recovered accounts, however noone had enough proof and he had the posts deleted. I took it upon myself to get something on him.
