Simon RS - TWC Request

Reason for TWC:
Talked to the user the other day on Skype in regards to buying his RSGP. He wanted to use a OMM, however none were on. It eventually dragged on to a point where I saw "PAYPAL OR BANK TRANSFER WILL GO FIRST IF U HAVE MORE THEN 100 VOUCHES" on his thread, having over 100 vouches when I asked him about it he responded with he had already sold the RSGP to "andy or something".

Move forward to today the user made a thread claiming he still has some RSGP left over to sell from the previous thread, take into consideration the fact he told me had sold the other day + the low nature of the price I'm requesting a TWC.
