Unids.

Hey, I wasn't a member when unids were around in RuneScape, so I have a few questions.
Basically, I've got a lot of herbs. Most of them are guams, marrentils etc though I think.
Basically when I see someone saying ''buying unids, 400 ea'', they decline as soon as they see the stacks of unids I have. Why do they do that?

Second, I see people saying ''Buying 11+ stack unids'' etc. What does that mean?

If you trade them only a few stacks with a bunch of herbs in each stack, they know that they are the lower level herbs and they won't make a profit off of them.

People buy 11+ stacks because it guarantees that there will be higher level herbs included. It also allows them to see the relative ratio of low level to high level herbs (based on the amount in each stack) to figure out if they would make a profit or not.

You can identify each of your herb, and make note of which unid is which. You pay 200 GP in Nardah. Ranarrs are going for 3.5k or so right now, so it could be wiser. You'd sell the Ranarr unids for example saying "Selling ranarr unids". People that will trade you will have a unid ranarr stack, and inven filled with junk, it's a safety measure to make sure they will get ranarrs and not guams.

 

There is a script with wbot which allows you to see the herb before it is actually cleaned, great way to keep high herbs and sell of crap ones

 

I'll turn that down. Bad experience with wbot.
