How do I go about?

Well this account of mine was on bot for the whole time. So the stats are raised by botting.

I have no real idea how RuneScape works to be honest it was because my friend played that is why I started playing a bit[by botting], but now he stopped playing and I want to actually try to play RuneScape at a legit level instead of botting.

This is my current stats, how do I go about starting back? How much will it cost me to buy a set or armor etc, I don't want to spend much but I'm looking to max out my combat stats first.

 

With 60 defence I'd use dragon for now, and then get 70 and use barrows or bandos. That's if you're using melee anyways.

 

Yeah I would prefer to use melee.

How much does a set of dragon cost ?
For weapon, should I use whip or sword ?

 

You need 70 attack for a whip.

You should so the tutorial on another account again and learn the basics.
After that, go back on your account and try to do every free to play quest. Most of them teach you a hell of a lot.

 

Hm alright. I will do it when I'm free. I'm currently busy in real life. But I would like to learn about playing RuneScape to be honest.
