Where to train combat for pure?

Ok I'm 46 att 49str 1def 1 pray pure, no idea where to train. Rock crabs are TOO overcrowded. Please halp :embar:

Also bandits if you are going to take prayer 43 or over. You need lot of money though.

Experiments require quests that would raise his Prayer - he has 1 Prayer.

With 1 Defence, I'd probably train in the Stronghold of Security.

If you can get on in non-peak timezones, go to Rock Crabs and they should be relatively empty. Then during busy timezones, just go back to the Stronghold.

Another alternative is Yaks, although it would require a bit of questing to get to - it's definitely worth it (you would need to complete Fremmenik Trials and -start- Fremmenik Isles).

What is the Exp/Hour look like at Yak's, never did go there, what is the level bracket you'd use for Yak Training?
