    Ban dispute [refund]
    I know I was banned for a $15 Paypal chargeback, seen the ban reason & the report. I would just like to explain (this wasn't me) because I was having an exchange with someone, my LR ($12.5) for their $15 Paypal, and I'm usually paranoid about receiving payments i got the guy to pay ketchup.

    I know it's the wrong thing to do, and i should not pay from a third party, and i'm really sorry, i'll learn from my mistake, & i know i'm responsible, so I will refund ketchup as soon as i got 50m, thank you guys :)
