    Should have something to do with Cloudfare/Cloudflare, when the page cant be loaded it'll show u a snapshot of an older version of that page? I'm not exactly sure why you're getting the "generated 79 mins ago".

    Edit: I was wrong^

    It's just because you're browsing through pages which were generated 79 mins ago :p

    If you actually type the URL into the bar and then enter it will refresh it. It's always done it, same with todays posts and posts by user.
