If an account is hacked via the email that is registered to that account, doesnt the hacker have to reset the password? Asking this because several people were using their account normally and didn't notice the scammer was using it as well until they saw the PMs sent or posts/threads made.

 

He's requested an SRB with all the hackings going on.

 

I'm not 100% sure on the specifics of the "exploit" but as far as I'm aware the problem lies where users Sythe passwords match their hotmail passwords.

 

Ah, alright. Mine's different and my email is not known by anyone so I should be safe.

I'm assuming its not an exploit, pretty sure the users are getting sent remote access tools. Hotmail exploits would only give them access to hotmail, unless their passwords match there is no way to get without reset.

Laptop said his ban was for 2 weeks and 3 days but I don't know what the duration of Austin's is.

 

When i logged into my hotmail account today, i saw that it said i was logged in to 2 different places, but i didnt log into it on my phone, only on my computer. Hopefully it was a glitch, changed my email password just to be safe though
