In regards to Naice - So if while I was on vacation, and someone whom I considered a friend robbed and looted shit from my house and I managed to find out about it after. To get pay back, I go to his house while he's away, loot his shit, kill his dog, fuck his girlfriend, and finally burn his house down, thats okay right? If he hadn't stolen from me in the first place, nothing would have happened right? Oh and I forgot to add...I filmed it all and planned on showing my friends and the media how much of a badass I am.

Naice should definitely serve some kind of punishment for what he did. In his pardon, he says he plans on running an AIO skilling service. What if someone talks shit to him/there is a nasty dispute and the guy wants a refund, etc. I dunno about you, but I wouldn't want to have my account anywhere near him. Not to mention, he's been a pest/immature offsite, on other forums. I didn't add this to the report, but he's also been banned on/off on another RS forum (I think was Zybez) for spam-flooding some Ventrilo server.

Yeah, I understand it isn't exactly the type of behaviour that the staff would want to encourage, I just wasn't sure of the circumstances cause like I said it's a little different to most situations.

There's more to his denial than just that. There's evidence of off site black hat activity following his ban.
