account deleted off powerbot?

So a while ago i had an account on powerbot that had VIP and had several paid for scripts on that account and soon after the EOC update my account was either deleted or something else happened i even made a second account and asked one of the admins to see what happened and he said that account name doesn't exist, and i have no idea since i have an email saying that the account was registered on there so can anyone maybe help? oh and i didnt know what section to put this in so sorry mods

 

This is a problem with their site, not sythe. Try posting there.

well thanks, obviously i know its not powerbot, ive been there and asked, nothing so that why i asked on here to see if its ever happened to anyone else but thanks i guess...

 

If the administrators of powerbot can't help you, we can't help you either I'm afraid.

 

There's really nothing we can do here. Try contacting another Powerbot admin or moderator.
