dishwasher job in a restaurant vs comapany

I'm pretty sure that being a dish washer at a restaurant is a lot of work but I wanted to know how much pressure it is to be a dish washer for a company in another company?

the dishes that i would be washing would be coming from employees. The food prepared would be for employees. etc

 

Mate, just take the job. It is pretty hard to get a job at the moment, you can always carry on your job search while your working. At least you will have some income coming in, I had a friend who was a dish washer / porter in a kitchen and he said it wasn't bad but this was in a busy restaurant. You will be working for a company washing employee's plates so it would be pretty easy. Once you get the hang of it you will be able to do it pretty quick, also they are usually pretty good hours as well.

 

Pressure wise, maybe. It's dependant on how well you can adjust and finish what needs to be done. The OP is quite vague... I mean.. how many people or how many people do you estimate you would be washing for etc.

 

Also what is the pay he will be getting.

 

Go with the one that pays more. That's the one I always follow.

 

I would be receiving about 12 bucks an hour...

If you're in a tight spot for money, or simply want something to put on your resume, then I'd say go for it. It's not great, nor is it the worst. Worst case scenario, if it doesn't pan out you can always leave (depending if you're casual/or on contract).
