Hi,

I was recently banned for this

My paypal got limited and is now closing due to that fact I had 2. I cannot access the funds. In the thread provided, It said that I had no contacted Him/Her within 48 hours which is not true.

I cannot pay him/her back until I can get another payment method, I should not of been banned because I didn't reply
