Disputing my TWC

Hey guys, I obtained my TWC back in July of 2012 in a very unfortunate situation. But to keep this thread nice and short, feel free to see the reason here: http://ww2.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=11285496

Anyways, since my TWC I've gained many vouches, even with people going first to me.

And as time went by, I have slowed down in the Market section of Sythe, and started focusing more on the more community-like sections (particularly the Spam Forum).

Nevertheless, here are the vouches I have obtained since July:

The account was never brought back into my possession, but the funds were disputed in my favor.

What does that mean, the report was said to have ended in your favor? Cause I don't see that, from what I'm seeing you owe a guy a refund for an account that was never able to be recovered.

So, this is how it happened, Santana Charged back $30, and filed a report against me for "recovering" a League of Legends account which I sold him, which I didn't.

So, I filed a report because he charged me back and tried to get himself out of this situation unscathed, but I didn't have enough proof, since I deleted my PMs he sent me and a week after the sale, deleted him off my personal Skype, it seemed sketchy in Superman's eyes, which warranted the TWC.

And, because Santana failed to provide proof, apparently Superman just left me with the TWC.

Let's just say, it was a hell of a mess, and something I'd never like to get back into.

And the report didn't end in my favor, I was out of $30 and a LoL Account, but somehow won the dispute on paypal, which was reversed.

What I've been told/what I'm seeing is you currently have $30 and he has no viable way of getting on that account, whether that statement be true or false, I need you two to work together to recovery that account or you'll have to pay him the $30. I've received this via PM.

I want to chime in on this seeing as I can't post.

I never "Chargedback" and he's saying. What I did was file a claim/dispute two things that are completely different from a charge back. He kept my $30 and I presume my account as well. I ONLY filed this claim after that week that he refused to add me back. Like I said he made no attempt to help me other than try to add me back after this was all said and done to save face.

He keeps saying that he didn't take my account and my question to that is, if he didn't take my account, do you think it would've been any problem for him to help me recover it? of course it would've been a problem because he obviously recovered it.

 

Receives my support if he ends up paying the $30 he owes.

Denied until at least that situation is finalized, if not the banhammer will be coming.
