Looking for help getting out of ELO Hell

Hi guys, I've recently been on a rage filled loose streak lately, and now i'm in ELO hell. They say it doesn't exist, but they obviously haven't been here.

I rarely go negative, and I try my best in the games, I do what im supposed too, but there is also ONE PERSON on the team that makes us loose.

So basically, looking for a duo partner to help me out of this.
I have skype also, pm me or post here if your willing to help a brother out.

People who say elo hell doesn't exist are the people that have been there. A very important tip is to never type in chat unless it's team-related.

What's the reasoning behind this?

 

It's mainly people that rage.

 

I used to lose a lot of ranked games as well. I only dropped down to about 1100 elo but still, the reason I lost so many games is because I would talk too damn much. It would be to bash team mates, troll the other team or to have fun. Ever since I just talked to my team mates, I saw a significant increase on my number of wins. That is, if you don't deserve to be in that elo

 

If you rarely go negative then just keep playing. Eventually it will even out and you should be winning more than you are losing.

In this case referencing the old "the other team has 5 players who could be trolling, but since I am not trolling my team only has 4 players who could be trolling. Hence, the chance that someone on the opponent's team trolls is higher." seems to make sense.
