Fastest way to get 99 wc/hunter/theif?

Title say's all, what's the fastest way to get 99 in these skills, Also which is the fastest?

 

Woodcutting - Willows 30-80, ivy 80-99

Hunter - Crim Swifts, Tropical Wagtails, Swamp Lizards, Orange Salamanders, Red chinchompas. Grenwalls later on if you want. Jadinkos are also very good once you get in the 70's

Thief - Misc to 51, pyramid plunder or blackjacking to 99

Woodcutting can be done in a few days, but so can hunter and thieving if you're fast, their xp/hour at higher levels is a lot better than woodcuttings.

 

WC - Ivy - 70k/h
HUNTER - Falcon/Chins - Around 70k/h
THIEVE - Blackjack - 150-190k/h

 

Forgot to add xp rates, jadinkos are 100-200k/hr depending on the type I've heard, so that's better than falconry and chinchompas.

 

Agreed, wc especially, I went to ivy at castle wars at 82 and I'm 96 now and it's been almost 4 days.

 

Hunter = Draconic jadinkos = 200-250k/h
Thieving = Monkey knife fighters = 200-300k/h if you are very efficient
Theif, powercutting artic pines at niet island, 120k/h with urns
