Wagwaan attempting to scam people

Hello, This guy Wagwaan is clearly trying to scam people, first of all he is SELLING Bank accounts, paypal accounts, mail accounts, etc. Secondly he has a thread saying that none of these bank account works and that he is trying to sell them to scam. He is a newcomer with no posts, vouches, obviously asking to get banned.
