Dispute my ban

All I've got to say is it's bull shit.
He NEVER gave me what I was supposed to get. All his in game screen shot shows is that he accepted a trade, all I can assume is he tradded something to some one else...

He doesn't even have a screen shot of being in a trade with me, and why's that? He never did trade me, he doesn't show the full skype conversation, but he said "one second I'm trading with some one else atm wait 2 minutes" but after a few minutes he still wasn't trading me...

And it was around 11:30 pm where I live so I had to go to bed and logged out.

 

Was there any reason in particular as to why you blocked him on Skype?

I have however lifted the ban, until the person who reported you provides screenshots of him trading you.
