I promised in my ToS that i wouldn't get his account banned, his account got Warning which is a minor punishment and not a time ban. His account just gets a little message saying he needs to reprimand his activity, in no way is his account stopped from playing or devalued in any way. Basically he scams $7, 35 hours of my time spent levelling the account, He gets a free level 30 and is out of pocket NOTHING whilst i'm stuck with a TWC for devoting 30+ hours on this guys account.

He got his service, i should get my pay or at least half of it, this is ridiculous.

I removed him from skype because he kept messeging me saying "Give me refund give me refund" Thats like If you Buy somthing and the change you receive from the storekeeper has a tiny bit of rust on it. The money is still 100% fine and not devalued but do you think the customer would demand he get the money back as well as the change he just received?
