Spawn and level up server ?

A good few years ago I played a server, that which I cannot remember the name and it closed down ages ago.

Basically it was a fun pking server, you logged on and got 20M experience to spend on whatever skills you liked and then just spawn items and then go and pk.

I was wondering if anybody knows of any servers that are similar to this that are up and running these days ?

No servers are around where you have a certain amount of xp for levels etc. but there are spawn servers around that let you select levels etc.

I believe one is RevolutionX, not entirely sure.
