False Scam Accusation

Hello,

Today I discussed a 50m for $25 iTunes transaction, in which we agreed he would go first. He persistently told me he had more vouches than me, but it was not significant to me, as most of his 5 vouches are for free leveling service. The reason being, I would not like to disclose my credit card information or identity to any MM and certainly not him. At first discussion he was very strict, saying I would go first, he has a few vouches, and such. I kindly declined his offers at least 3 or 4 times, however he still was interested. After a few hours he grew desperate and supposedly wanted to do the trade because he wanted to "buy a name". We agreed on a place and time, and at 2:00 today we went on msn. Once on msn, we chatted for a bit, I showed him the 50m and finally it was time to do the trade. HNCDice wrote down the code for the giftcard in the msn chatbox, and I closed out of msn as I went to the "redeem" section to type the code on itunes. Note: this all took place while I was in my iPad, as I did not have itunes on my desktop. I returned to messenger, seeing nothing in the chatbox. I continuously asked him to repeat the code, however he either ignored my messages, or did not see them. (I have not watched the full video). Anyhow, after a few minutes of typing, he returns and types the code again. I go to the redeem section once again and type the code, and the message that appears is "Code has already been redeemed". I quickly go back to messenger, where i am greeted by flames and false accusations. I myself was a little alarmed as this user was reasonable, however after seeing this act, i understood how desperate he was to make 50m. The other is linked to the balance, showing me disconnecting and him ignoring my messages. (Look at the time and battery life at the top, and take in mind that an iPad is limited to fast access when compared to a computer.) I hope you can successfuly reason and understand that in no way do I have the gift card.

EDIT: Im getting messages from his threatening to leak my fathers info, saying he will get it from Apple. Please take action, this is getting more serious.
