iExamine_RS Scams me for 1M

Reporting iExamine_RS for scamming me during a 1M deal.

Briefly explain the trade: In one of his threads he advertised that he was offering people 1M to register on another forums with his referral link. He added me on skype and we both agreed to that arrangement. I have proof of both me registering and of him never paying me. I hate to waste time reporting someone for such a small amount, but I don't want him to get away and cause others annoyance.

How they scammed: After registering, was told to wait a minute. Was never paid the 1M and he eventually logged off of skype.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:

^Proof of him posting his Skype name on Sythe.

^Proof I was talking to that same name on Skype.

edit: After threatening him with this report he came immediately online and decided to pay up the 1M. I currently have the 1M cash but I'll leave the choice up to you guys. It is obvious that he was just appearing offline until I told him that I was serious about the report. If he is willing to pull this shit for 1M I don't really think he would be great in the community.
