    How do I get the sliding help bar with links on the left hand side of my window to stop popping up? It pops up after every page I go to and it's driving me crazy!! :( Too high for this shit..

    Help?

    It does not appear when I'm on my PC using IE, but when I'm on my Macbook using Firefox it keeps appearing.
