I am back again, looking for a pardon. I will keep this short and sweet because most of you know the story, or have some means of finding it. I was an active member with 430+ vouches, a community assistant, an Xbox modded lobby verifier, and an official middle man.

I know what I did was wrong and I have apologized multiple times for it, both to the staff and the community as a whole. I know that an attempt to scam is a horrible action, but people can change. I am just stuck as what to do. People that scam and then refund the person get a better shot at an un-ban than I do.

It has been over a year and a half since the ban. I made a stupid decision and have to live with the decision. I have done my best to keep my head down and stay away, hoping that time heals wounds. I have been semi-active at Powerbot without incident. I know that it isn’t much, but anything helps I suppose (http://www.powerbot.org/community/user/462199-cfc/).

Thanks again for considering my pardon.

What I find worse about your situation compared to someone who perhaps scammed an upgrade and repaid people is that:

1. The magnitude of your attempted scam was in the range of $5-10 thousand dollars
2. HAD you gotten away with the scam, I'm sure you would not be here today attempting to pay people back and trying to pardon
3. You were an OMM at the time, and attempting to scam as an OMM is a horrific abuse of power and trust

No support

I've just realized your last pardon was in July, please wait until January 20th 2013 before pardon requesting again
