Wow, that's alot. I didn't read the OP fully, so if it included this answer, sorry. Are you studying computer science? Lastly, not sure if its allowed or not; but what is the best way to secure a PHP link? One more thing, have you ever coded a RSPS - working on something atm, and was just wondering if you would be interested. Have a dedi and host already.

Regarding EliteSwitch, great job. Seems you've come far. Will definitely give this a try opposed to SK.

 

Nah my irl job is completely the opposite to programming, i program for a hobby.
What do you mean by secure a php link? just make it so noone can see the contents of it?
Also i've never coded a private server and i have no interest in doing so, i have hardly enough time to make EliteSwitch let alone other side projects.

Friend of mine is majoring in computer science and decided to open his own RSPS and was looking for someone to help with. I was just helping out were i could, as I'm not that knowledgeable regarding coding, Java, PHP based scripts etc.

Alright, i'm pretty much ready for releasing the official release, the download counter image can wait. I just have to tie up a few loose ends. Should have it out by Sunday or Monday
Need to ammend the following:
- Messed around with the way EliteSwitch starts, removing the splash screen has giving me some unwanted draw backs i need to correct.
- Add Printscreen hotkey for screen shots.
- Track down this issue with the 'About' form.

 

From what I could see, every time I clicked the about section, that error continuously appeared for me.

 

Alrighty, i couldn't get the error myself.
But i added some code that should prevent it from throwing any sort of error, when you update, open the 'About' form and see what happens, if it works or doesn't work, check the error log and post your results.

Currently running Windows Vista, if that helps.

Yeah I updated and am still getting the error. I am also running Vista Home 32-bit.

I don't know whats causing it.
