Question about Avatar's

So my past avatar was changed to an custom one. So I decided to search in google for 80x80 pixel avatar's and found few ones which I liked. I tried to save them as my avatar, but as soon as I saved it, it changes automatically to a custom one again and I clearly don't know why. All of them are under 64 KB and are 80x80 pixel, so I can't find the solution here why it isn't working.

Hope you guys can help me to fix this problem.

They're not working at the moment and the admins know this. They should be fixed soon
